1. Introduction
LEMBERG GROUP s.r.o. (the “controller”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”) and with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. We consider the protection of your personal data important and always process it only to the extent necessary and for a defined purpose.
2. What personal data we process
Depending on the situation, we may process in particular the following data:
- Reservations: first name and surname, telephone number, e-mail where applicable, date, time and number of guests.
- Communication: data you provide when contacting us by telephone, e-mail or through social networks.
- Events and individual orders: contact and billing data needed to arrange and invoice an event.
- Accounting documents: billing data to the extent required by law, if you request an invoice.
For ordinary consumption on the premises we generally do not process any personal data.

4. Recipients of personal data
We may disclose your personal data, only to the extent necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
- providers of accounting and tax services,
- providers of IT and software services (for example e-mail and reservation tools),
- public authorities, where required by law.
The controller does not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

In connection with the processing of personal data you have, as a data subject, in particular the right:
- to access your personal data,
- to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data,
- to erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”), where the statutory conditions are met,
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to data portability,
- to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

This website is predominantly informational. It does not use tracking or marketing cookies for its basic functionality. Maps and web fonts may be loaded through third-party services (for example Google), in which case your IP address may be processed technically to the extent necessary to display the content.
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, solely for your convenience on a subsequent visit. This data does not leave your device, is not sent to us or to third parties, and is not used for tracking.
